MANUAL MARKERS: differences and characteristics<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n\n\n

Manual thermal transfer markers are equipment that allows you to imprint the batch and expiry date on food and cosmetic packaging. These data allow the manufacturer to trace the product in case of problems and the consumer to avoid using an expired product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike the automatic ones, manual markers are cheaper, but require the presence of an operator to work and the production rate is much lower; furthermore the former mark using a solid ink roller and the latter use an inked ribbon called “foil”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 2 main models available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manual marker FP DY8<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This model is totally manual. The operator will have to insert the product under the type holder and lower the lever so that the heated type head comes into contact with the inked ribbon and imprints on the product the brass characters inserted manually in the type holder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result will therefore depend on the pressure exerted by the operator and the marking time, which is why it is recommended for small productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product is equipped with an on\/off button, a knob for adjusting the temperature, a safety fuse, a character holder; at the time of purchase, a kit of mainly numeric characters is also provided, included in the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
