The FP9036 and FP9037 series taping machines are used in the semi-automatic lines for the quick and safe closure of the boxes with adhesive tape.
The two taping heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape above and under the box.
Depending on the size of the boxes (height and width) the operator must adjust the taping machine through comfortable handwheel.
In the FP9036 model, the structure of the machine body is in painted steel sheet and the drag of the cartons takes place through 2 side dragging belts.
The machine is complete with 2 idle roller brackets with the tasty with mm length. 400 (for loading and unloading).
It is equipped with wheels with brake.

The inkjet marker ONE is a professional model but very simple to set up and use. It is suitable for marking mainly on porous (boxes, cardboard cases) and semi-porous (with special cartridge) surfaces. It allows printing alphanumeric lettering, logos, date/time, codes, counter, batch and 1D & 2D barcodes, distributed over several lines with an overall height of 25.4 mm. The minimum printing height is about 5.4 mm. The marking speed can be set directly on the marker keypad and thus it is always possible to write accurately and without character deformation.The cartridges are very durable, have a service life of tens of thousands of markings, and are maintenance-free .After tests, unlike other cartridges, they proved to work even after leaving them uncovered for weeks .The marker is however equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning systemThanks to the SD card (included in the package ) you can save up to 999 messages, setting them in any size (maximum 25.4 mm) and any Word font format.Through pc you can also save logos, barcodes and images. The marker comes complete with adjustable mounting brackets. It is therefore already set up to be easily installed on packaging lines, taping machines, conveyor beltsIt can be installed with the print head facing either horizontally or vertically downward, so that it can print on the side or on top of the product.
The marker already has a built-in photocell, which reads the passage of the product and starts printing. The printing speed and position are easily set by panel.
