How does the granular product dispenser work?
The use is simple and extremely intuitive. The operator must pour the product to be dosed into the upper hopper and set the desired weight directly from the touch-screen display. At this point he can adjust the vibration speed of the vibrating channels, acting on the voltage or the height of the paddles inside the channels to control the flow of the product.
This double adjustment allows for precise management of the dosage: the system quickly drops the main quantity of material, then slows down in the last grams and guarantees accurate weighing. For example, for a dosage of 1000 grams, it is possible to quickly drop 950 grams and precisely dose the remaining 50 more slowly.
Once the parameters have been set, the operator can activate one or both vibrating channels to start the descent of the product. Once the set weight is reached, the doser automatically stops and remains on hold: the operator can then position the bag under the discharge pipe and start the release of the material with a simple touch on the display or via the pedal. Once unloaded, the system is ready for the next weighing, ensuring a continuous and efficient work cycle.
