Customer requirement

A hardware store needed to package trays containing screws, with the aim of achieving a more organized and functional packaging solution, both for retail sales and for possible shipping.

The main requirements were:

• wrapping the trays with protective film
• creating a stable and compact package
• improving the product presentation

Proposed solution and tested machines

The test was initially carried out with the smallest model of the range, the entry-level series, in order to verify the feasibility of the packaging process.

Subsequently, the most suitable solution for the production requirements was proposed:
