A confectionery company needed to modernize and speed up its sealing process for bags containing biscuits and chocolates, while maintaining a high-quality, attractive package appearance.

The goal was to achieve a fast, versatile sealing solution suitable for the different types of bags used in production.

Proposed Solution

To meet these requirements, we recommended the Twistband 530 Horizontal bag sealing machine, designed for adjustable twist-tie closures.

The machine features an adjustable sealing diameter from 5 to 30 mm, making it particularly suitable for handling bags of different sizes on the same production line.

During the testing phase, the solution proved to be fully suitable for the customer’s requirements, thanks to its adjustable sealing diameter, allowing quick adaptation to different bag sizes without the need for complex modifications.

The final appearance of the packages was highly satisfactory. The Twistband closure provides a neat and professional finish, perfectly aligned with the customer’s branding and ideal for products intended for direct retail sale.
