Customer Requirement
A customer needed to apply labels to packages already prepared for shipment. The production volume was high and the labels, supplied on rolls, were initially removed manually one by one, significantly slowing down the labeling process.
Proposed Solution
For this reason, a solution was evaluated to speed up operations while maintaining precision and order during application.
A DFP WR semi-automatic label dispenser was therefore proposed, designed to facilitate the feeding and separation of labels from the backing material.
The roll is mounted on the rear part of the machine and, through the pressure applied to the microswitch sensor, the device automatically dispenses one label at a time.

Results and Conclusions
The system allows fast dispensing, significantly improving operating speed compared to manual handling.
In addition, using the dispenser reduces the risk of damaging the labels during separation and ensures a more orderly and precise application.
The test result was positive: the solution optimized the labeling process, increasing productivity and improving the overall quality of the work.
