Customer Requirement
A customer needed to vacuum package large-sized bags containing wool-like material, with the aim of reducing the product volume and ensuring a safe and stable closure, preparing them for transport and possible warehouse storage.
Proposed Solution
The solution identified for this application was a DZQ 800 vacuum packaging machine, designed to handle large-sized bags and ensure a perfect seal after the vacuum phase.
To verify the feasibility of the process, the customer sent a product sample on which a complete vacuum packaging test was carried out.
During the test, the machine demonstrated stable and effective operation, correctly managing the air extraction phase and the subsequent bag sealing process in a uniform manner.

Considering the nature of the material being processed, a dust filter was also integrated to protect the vacuum system and prevent possible contamination or damage to the machine during the process.
The test result was positive: the DZQ 800 vacuum packaging machine proved to be perfectly suitable for this type of application, ensuring an effective, safe packaging process suitable for bulky and complex materials.
