Customer Requirement
A customer needed to package their products in aluminum laminated gusseted bags, characterized by a significant thickness, using a vacuum packaging process.
The goal was to reduce the product volume and obtain a reliable closure capable of maintaining the vacuum over time, even when using complex packaging materials.
Proposed Solution and Machine Used
For this application, a DZQ 800 vacuum packaging machine was tested, designed to handle large-sized bags and highly resistant materials.
During the test, the complete packaging cycle was carried out, from the vacuum phase to the subsequent bag sealing, verifying the system’s performance on aluminum laminated material.

Results and Conclusions
The machine ensured effective air extraction and a strong, uniform final seal, even when working with gusseted bags and materials with significant thickness.
The test result was highly positive: even several days later, the packages maintained a stable vacuum, confirming the reliability of the process.
The DZQ 800 vacuum packaging machine therefore proved to be a suitable solution for this type of application, ensuring quality, strength, and consistency in vacuum packaging.
