Customer Requirement
A flour manufacturing company needed to seal its bags once filled, improving the quality of the closure compared to the previously used solution, an electric bag sewing machine, which did not provide a satisfactory result.
After receiving some bag samples, the packaging structure was analyzed in order to identify a more efficient solution with a more suitable aesthetic result for products intended for sale.
Proposed Solution and Machine Used
A DZQ vacuum packaging machine was therefore proposed, capable of performing a uniform and reliable sealing process.
The machine allows perfect sealing of both the internal plastic bag and the external paper layer, ensuring a uniform and resistant closure.
To further verify the sealing strength, an air pressure test was carried out by introducing air inside the bag: the result was excellent, with no air leakage, confirming the quality of the seal.
The solution also offers the possibility, for other types of packaging, to perform vacuum packaging and technical gas injection, making it suitable for applications in the food industry as well.

Results and Conclusions
The test result was positive: the DZQ vacuum packaging machine proved to be an effective, reliable solution and more suitable compared to the previously used technology.
