Customer Requirement
A cheese manufacturing company needed to vacuum-pack its products using aluminum laminated gusseted bags, characterized by a significant thickness and requiring a high level of vacuum sealing performance.
Together with the customer, the most suitable solution was identified by evaluating the Swing 820G vacuum packaging machine, designed for professional applications and high productivity.
The machine is equipped with 82 cm sealing bars and allows extremely efficient production cycles. In particular, it can package up to 4 bags per side, for a total of 8 bags per cycle, optimizing production times.
The swing system also enables a continuous workflow: while one side is in the packaging phase, the next bags can be prepared on the other side, minimizing downtime.

Results and Conclusions
The machine performs a 5 mm double seal, ensuring a strong and secure closure even on thick materials such as aluminum laminated gusseted bags.
The test result was highly positive: the vacuum achieved was stable, and the sealing proved to be strong and reliable, making the solution perfectly suitable for the customer’s requirements.
