A company in the cosmetics sector needed to apply shrink sleeves to its packages before shipping and placing them on the market.
Proposed Solution
After analyzing the production volumes, the solution with a shrink tunnel was excluded, as it was considered oversized for the customer’s needs. The choice was therefore directed towards a more flexible and manual solution.
A FP-ER hot air blower was proposed, designed for localized shrink wrapping on packages of different shapes and sizes.
Once switched on, the machine reaches the operating temperature and allows heat to be applied in a controlled way to the surface of the sleeve, promoting shrinkage within a few seconds.

During the test, the material adapted perfectly to the surface of the containers, ensuring uniform and stable adhesion across the entire package.
The result was excellent from both a functional and aesthetic point of view, providing a neat and professional packaging solution, perfectly suitable for retail products.
