Customer requirement
The customer needed to speed up and improve the efficiency of the strapping process for their packages, which was currently carried out using a manual strapping tool.
The objective was to reduce processing times, improve the consistency of the applied tension, and make the process more ergonomic for the operator, while also adapting to the different types of packages handled during production.
Proposed solution and machine used
After analyzing the types of packages and the workflow, a more advanced solution based on a battery-powered strapping tool for plastic strapping was proposed.

The proposed model is compatible with 12 to 16 mm plastic strapping and allows a maximum tensioning force of up to 3000 N.
One of the main advantages of the machine is the possibility of directly adjusting the operating parameters from the control panel, such as:
