Customer requirement

A customer requested a welding test on their own material to verify its compatibility with one of our roller welding machines.
Their requirement was to join two pieces of a relatively lightweight plastic material in order to create a bag.

During the test, several temperature adjustment trials were carried out to identify the right balance between a strong weld and the proper preservation of the material, avoiding the risk of deformation or melting.

Once the ideal parameters were identified, the machine produced uniform, clean welds with excellent sealing performance, ensuring a reliable closure of the package.

Result and conclusions

The test result was therefore very positive. The welding machine proved to be perfectly suitable for the customer’s operational requirements. The customer does not need to handle high production volumes but needs to occasionally seal, join, and create plastic bags in a simple, practical, and effective way.
