A customer needed to package some containers inside a net and, during the closing phase, also apply a label displaying the company logo and name.

For this application, an ME ASD benchtop welding machine with temperature control was used, selected for its ability to adapt to different materials and ensure precise welding

During the test, the machine allowed the net to be properly closed and, at the same time, the identification label to be fixed by welding without melting or damaging the material. The result was a perfect weld, highly resistant, and with an excellent aesthetic appearance.

Result and conclusions

The test result was very positive. The weld proved to be strong and reliable, while the label remained perfectly attached to the package, ensuring a good presentation of the finished product at the same time.
