Customer requirement
A customer needed to package samples in resealable bags, sealing the top part quickly and efficiently.
The main objective was to increase the speed of the packaging process, as a large number of packages had to be sealed, while maintaining a precise and functional closure that would allow the bag to be easily opened later by tearing.
Proposed solution
For this requirement, an FP 750 S horizontal continuous band sealer was proposed, designed for high-efficiency and in-line packaging operations.
The machine allows sealing to be performed directly on the edge of the bag, ensuring a clean closure that can later be reopened in a controlled manner by tearing.
Being a continuous band sealer, it allows uninterrupted operation, with sequential insertion of bags one after another, significantly increasing productivity compared to manual solutions or single-cycle machines.
In addition, the FP 750 S model features quieter operation compared to traditional band sealers, making it suitable for shared production areas or workplaces where noise reduction is important.

The test result was excellent: the machine provided a uniform, fast, and perfectly suitable seal for the customer’s requirements.
