A customer needed to seal large polypropylene bags, ensuring a reliable closure that could be easily performed even on bulky bag sizes.
After receiving the sample and evaluating the material characteristics, a solution based on a handheld welding machine was proposed, ideal for convenient and precise sealing operations even on large and bulky bags.

During the test, in order to more rigorously verify the sealing performance, the bag was filled with air before closing. The sealing operation was then carried out using the handheld welding machine, allowing any possible leaks to be monitored over time.
Result and conclusions
The test highlighted the excellent quality of the weld: even after several days, the bag remained perfectly inflated, confirming the absence of leaks and the high sealing performance of the closure.
The test result was therefore highly positive. The Super Poly welding machine proved to be suitable for this type of application, providing a strong, reliable seal suitable for large polypropylene bags.
