A French company needed to seal large bags made of particularly thick materials, ensuring a strong and reliable closure to protect the product during transport and storage.

After analyzing the characteristics of the bags and the customer’s production requirements, the FP FRM 1370 AL/SL continuous band sealer was proposed.

Test performed

During the test, the bags supplied by the customer were tested, verifying the sealing quality and the continuity of the production process.

In the video, it is possible to observe the bags passing through the machine and the automatic, continuous welding process.

The tests showed a uniform seal across the entire width of the bag, with high mechanical strength of the sealing.

Result and conclusions

The FP FRM 1370 continuous band sealer proved to be perfectly suitable for the customer’s requirements.

The possibility of operating continuously made it possible to speed up the packaging process, while the quality of the weld achieved ensured a secure closure even on thick bags with gussets.
