Customer Requirement
A customer needed to seal packages containing dried fruit, characterized by a bag with a particular, non-standard shape.
To support the selection of the most suitable solution, a demonstration video was created showing the different available machines, allowing the customer to directly evaluate the alternatives best suited to their production process.
Proposed Solutions
Among the proposed solutions, the Twistband models were presented. These sealing systems apply a twist wire around the bag. These machines are particularly versatile thanks to their adjustable sealing diameter, allowing them to adapt to products of different sizes.

A test was then carried out with a Clipband sealing machine, a pneumatic solution that applies metal clips to close the bag. This system, already used by the customer, provides a very strong and reliable closure, making it particularly suitable for packages requiring greater mechanical resistance.
They also allow the sealing process to be accelerated, thanks to their fast pneumatic operation, enabling one bag to be closed after another quickly and efficiently.

Results and Conclusions
Both solutions proved to be suitable for this type of application, giving the customer the possibility to choose between a more flexible closure (Twistband) or a more structural and resistant closure (Clipband), depending on their specific production requirements.
