Proposed solution and machine used
To meet this requirement, an electronic vibrating channel filler with a capacity of up to 5000 g was proposed.

This system allows:
- automatic product dosing management
- precise and controlled operation
- increased production process speed
To carry out the test, plastic bags were used and a 500 g dosing test was performed to verify the feasibility of the product with our dosing system.
How the system works
The operation is based on vibrating channels that convey the product towards the load cell.
The process takes place as follows:
- the product is transported through vibration
- the system automatically stops when the set weight is reached
- once the dosing process is completed, the operator can discharge the product through a simple command
