Customer requirement

A perfumery needed to optimize the filling process of its samples and small 30 ml bottles, with the aim of increasing production speed while maintaining high precision.

The main requirements were:

• speeding up the filling process
• ensuring uniformity from one bottle to another
• improving the quality and repeatability of the dosing process

Proposed solution and machine used

To meet this requirement, a pneumatic liquid dispenser with foot pedal operation and a filling capacity from 5 to 50 ml was proposed.

This solution allows to:

• dose liquids in a precise and controlled way
• reduce manual filling errors
• speed up the entire production process

Test results

The test demonstrated that the dispenser is able to:

• fill samples in a uniform and consistent way
• maintain high precision even with small volumes
• ensure a fast and continuous workflow
