This combination allows a complete semi-automatic process, from the filling phase to the final sealing of the bags.
🔧 How the solution works
The process is divided into two phases:
Product dosing
The auger filler ensures the precise filling of 1 kg of powder inside each bag.
Continuous sealing and marking
The bags are then sealed using a continuous band sealer, which allows:
- fast and consecutive sealing of bags
- continuous production without interruptions
- the possibility of applying a marking during the sealing process
