Customer requirement
A customer needed to package their powder product into bags containing 120 grams of product each. The goal was twofold: to achieve precise and consistent dosing in every package and to speed up a process that had previously been carried out entirely manually.
Manual dosing required time and attention and did not always guarantee the same quantity of product inside each bag.

Thanks to the auger dosing system, the machine allows the desired quantity to be set accurately, ensuring uniformity from one package to another and minimizing operator intervention.
How the test was carried out
After receiving the product and the bags supplied by the customer, we proceeded with the configuration of the FLG auger filler.
The machine was carefully calibrated to dispense the required quantity of 120 grams per cycle. Once the adjustment phase was completed, several practical tests were carried out using the actual product intended for production.
During the tests, the doser demonstrated high precision, maintaining the set weight consistently and allowing uniform filling of all bags.

The test delivered extremely positive results.
The FLG auger filler was able to accurately dispense the required quantity, ensuring uniform packages and significantly reducing processing times compared to the previously used manual procedure.
