Customer requirement

A company specialized in the production of sustainable detergents and eco-cosmetics needed to mark its bags with expiry dates and product batch information.

The goal was to achieve clear, permanent, and fast marking, suitable for a high-volume production process, while ensuring continuous and reliable printing performance.

Proposed solution and machine used

To meet this requirement, an automatic rotary marker FPMR 420 was proposed, designed for fast marking on flat products such as bags and flexible packaging.

The system uses proven solid ink roller technology: the ink is activated through heating, ensuring immediate drying and permanent printing on different types of materials.

The product is loaded into an adjustable magazine; an automatic feeder picks up each individual bag and transports it through flat belts under the printing roller, ensuring precise and consistent marking.

Test carried out

During the test, bags intended for eco-cosmetic products were tested, verifying the machine’s ability to handle a continuous production flow.

The video shows the automatic feeding and marking process, with the expiry date applied quickly and uniformly.

The machine demonstrated the ability to print on both the front and back of the bag, while always maintaining high print quality.

Result and conclusions

The test confirmed the full suitability of the FPMR 420 rotary marker for this type of application.

The system ensures fast, precise, and permanent marking, making it ideal for industrial production in the cosmetic and eco-sustainable sectors.

The solution proved to be efficient and reliable, optimizing processing times and improving the traceability of the finished product.
