Customer requirement
The customer needed to group and secure approximately fifteen bucket handles, with the aim of making storage and logistics handling easier.
The main requirement was to obtain a stable and tidy bundling solution, capable of keeping the handles together without the risk of movement during transport or warehouse management.
Proposed solution and machine used
To meet this requirement, the FP WK 0230 strapping machine was proposed, a flexible solution suitable for various plastic strap bundling applications.

The machine allows two operating modes:
- Semi-automatic mode: the operator positions the product and starts the strapping cycle using a foot pedal control.
- Automatic mode: a photocell detects the presence of the product and automatically activates the cycle.
This versatility makes it suitable for products with irregular shapes or multiple grouped items, such as bucket handles.
Test carried out
During the test, a group of approximately fifteen bucket handles was bundled, verifying the machine’s ability to keep them securely together.
The video shows the strapping process, with the application of the plastic strap wrapping the group in a precise and uniform way.
The system ensured fast and repeatable processing, without the need for complex operator intervention.
Result and conclusions
The test confirmed the effectiveness of the FP WK 0230 strapping machine for this type of application.
The plastic strap ensures excellent holding strength, keeping the handles perfectly grouped together and reducing the risk of disorder during storage and transport.
The solution proved to be simple, fast, and reliable, making it suitable for production environments where products need to be managed in an organized and efficient way.
